Turn a task observation into a useful review.
Application assessments
Start with a wide photograph showing the worker, load and surrounding space; a close view of the hand, contact and clearance; and a short video of the complete cycle when movement matters.
Include load dimensions and weight where known, material, temperature, task height, frequency, current method and existing controls.
Record normal, authorised work. Do not stage a hazardous hand position for a photograph.
